It's Erin's 40th birthday today! He is the hardest person to buy presents for and I wanted this day to be special so I planned a suprise mini vacation for him. It was well deserved and he needed it! Erin and Paul (whos birthday is on April 18th) flew to Newport Beach for the day and golfed at an amazing course right on the beach called Pelican Hill. The views are breathtaking. The boys enjoyed a day with a caddy and an amazing seafood dinner at a restaurant next to the beach before flying back home that night. We missed him but hope that he had a great day!
Erin is an amazing man. We are so lucky to have such a man preside over our home. He is a wonderful father, husband and provider for our family. Erin is selfless and always puts the needs and desires of others before his own. Our boys want to be him when they grow up and our girls melt when he walks into the room.
